DESCRIPTION:Our Legislation Overview course is 3 hours of formal training on NSW mining legislation. We will cover key parts of the WHS Act/Regs\, and WHS (Mines & Petroleum Sites) Act/Regs.\nWe focus particularly on parts of the legislation that is commonly confused or misunderstood\, as well as the legislation that underpins our mining operations in NSW. \nWhilst this is specifically for open cut applications\, there is substantial cross over to the underground statutory functions. \nDue to COVID19 restrictions in NSW\, this course will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams (a link will be sent out after registration). \nBOOK NOW
